Welcome to Beside the Loch. Discover our charming self-catering cottages and cabins with breathtaking views of Loch Linnhe, and surrounded by the majestic Ardgour and Glencoe Mountains. We have been hosting guests since August 2023 and have made fantastic improvements including a fitness studio and a dedicated drying space for outdoor enthusiasts. Our guests have fallen in love with our place, its location, and the endless opportunities to explore and have left fantastic 5-star reviews. We believe Beside the Loch is the perfect base for adventurers exploring Lochaber and beyond, year round.
What to expect. On gentle slopes leading to Loch Linnhe, you will find the Beside the Loch’s cottages and cabins. Across the loch the Glencoe mountain range rises up, the area down the loch is to Oban, and Ben Nevis to the North. We are surrounded by panoramic views, impressive forests, treks, waterfalls, lochs and majestic peaks.
