Coming from Glencoe or Ballachulish

As you drive towards Fort William on the A82, you’ll pass through the village of Onich. About 1km past the Onich Hotel, you’ll see a red sign for Snowberry Cottages on your left. Turn left just after the sign — before the bus shelter and red letterbox.

Follow the lane down until you reach a fork in the road. Stay right and continue towards the Walled Garden through the avenue of trees. Take a right at the Walled Garden, and you’ll see the car park on your left.

You’ve arrived at Beside the Loch!

Coming from Fort William or the Corran Ferry

Driving towards Glencoe / Ballachulish on the A82, you’ll pass through Onich. Look out for The Old Store on your right — a white building that’s hard to miss. Less than 50 metres past the store, the road bends to the left. Turn right between the red letterbox and the red Strawberry Cottages sign.

Follow the lane down until you reach a fork in the road. Stay right and continue towards the Walled Garden through the avenue of trees.

You’ve arrived at Beside the Loch!

There is no concierge or reception - the key will be in the door!

Osprey caravan - lower green static caravan.

Sandpiper caravan - higher caravan on the hill.

Park in one of the spaces to the left of the green static caravans. The name of the caravan is on the side and the key will be in the door for you to access.

Ash Cabin

Ash Cabin is the middle cabin on the hill and the name can be found on the wall & keyring. Take the road to the right of the green static caravans and park behind the cabin.

Birch Cabin

Birch Cabin is the cabin on the right, higher up the hill and the name can be found on the wall & keyring. Take the road to the right of the green static caravans and park next to the cabin.

Rowan Cabin

Rowan Cabin is the cabin on the very left and the name can be found on the wall & keyring. Take the road to the right of the green static caravans and park behind the cabin.

Swallow Cottage

Swallow cottage is the white barn conversion opposite the main car park. You can park in any of the spaces in front of the cottage. The key will be in the door and name on the wall.
