Indoor Traditional Sauna

Relax, Recover & Warm Up

After a day exploring the West Highlands — hiking in Glencoe, mountain biking, wild swimming, or taking an invigorating open-water dip — there’s nothing better than stepping into the gentle heat of our traditional indoor sauna.

Designed for 2–3 people, our sauna offers a cosy, private space to unwind, warm tired muscles, and fully relax after your Highland adventures.

Located within our games room, the space can be privately booked for one-hour sessions, giving you exclusive use of the sauna area during your time slot.

Why Use a Sauna?

Sauna bathing has been enjoyed for centuries and is widely recognised for both relaxation and wellbeing benefits. Regular sauna use may help:

  • Relax muscles and ease joint stiffness after outdoor activities

  • Improve circulation as heat increases blood flow

  • Support recovery following exercise or cold-water swimming

  • Reduce stress and promote better sleep

  • Encourage gentle detoxification through sweating

  • Create a calming moment to slow down and switch off

Typical traditional sauna temperatures range between 70–90°C, creating a deep, comforting heat that helps the body naturally relax and recover.
